    Damage To Vehicles: Parties causing damage to vehicles during a charter are directly responsible for any and all cost
    for repair. To avoid any damages please read the following: No smoking, No feet on bars, No leaning on glass holders,
    No standing outside moon-roof, No playing with electrical switches and No reckless behavior.

    Terms and Conditions: Deposit: A 30% deposit will be required to hold all reservations. A five day grace period is given
    for a full refund. After this period the deposit is non-refundable.
    Gratuity: There is a 20% gratuity charge added to the price of each charter.

    Methods Of Payment: Cash, checks, and most major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MC, Discover). All checks must be
    cashed 7 days prior to any rendering of service.

    Extended time: If your charter extends past your reserved time slot, the remaining time will be charged in 1/2 hour
    increments. This charge will be in ratio to normal rates set for that day and will be noted on your contract

    Extra charges: Most packages are all inclusive. If there are any extra service charges it will be highlighted in your
    contract. When using a credit card there is a 5% credit card handling fee added to the bottom price.

    Multiple Stops: All stops must be prearranged before the charter begins. Due to the size of our vehicles our drivers
    must plot out each course. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the vehicle. Unscheduled
    stops are at the driver's discretion.

    Cancellation Policy: Reservations for transfers may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the reservation. Reservations
    for charters may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the reservation. Cancellations made less than 24/48 hours prior to
    the reservation, or customer no-shows, will incur a 100 Percent charge on the quoted rate plus 20 Percent gratuity
    charge on your credit card.

    Max Capacity: Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is in
    violation of state law and insurance guidelines.
    No alcoholic beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 without a legal
    guardian present. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstance. Additional beverages
    are available upon request for additional cost.

    Remember to put your account number on the front of all payments and invoice numbers.

    Child seats: None of our limousines are equipped with child seats, although there are functioning seat belts in all
    limousine and a child seat can be used by the passenger if they have one.

    Limousines color: Our limousine come in a variety of monochrome colors including: black, and white. Please check
    when making your reservation for availability.

    Service area: We will go anywhere in the state of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, ....With proper notice we travel to any
    location nation wide and Canada.
